NFL Week 1

Football season is back. As is Brett Favre, but not John Madden....

I hear that a Philadelphia reporter recently asked new Eagles QB Michael Vick if he supported Arlen Specter, Joe Sestak, or Pat Toomey in the Pennsylvania U.S. Senate race and he said that he did not have a dog in that fight....

So, I need to point out that there are not predictions. They are who I want to win the games. I like to keep track of that and how things go. Maybe next year, I will do a two tiered system where I also make predictions, but I don't feel like taking that on this season. My main objective in all these picks (the ones that involve NFC teams at least) will be to benefit the Jay Cutler-led Chicago Bears.
