2020 U.S. House Special Elections

In addition to Tuesday being "Super" at the Presidential level, it is also the start of downballot primaries for the 2020 elections. Additionally, California will be holding the first round of a special election for a U.S. House vacancy. If a candidate passed 50 percent of the vote, they will automatically be elected. This is not expected to happen, and a run-off between the top two finishers is likely to occur. Nonetheless, I have to make a formal "prediction" and will add in all the other races which will decide vacancies before November.

California 25

vacant upon resignation of Katie Hill (D)
won by Clinton with 50% of the vote
