I don't think the Kerry comments are going to make much of a difference. Kerry is not running for any election this year, he just succeeded in putting his foot in his mouth and hurting his already low chances for the 2008 nomination. The only thing it might do is inspire conservative GOP turnout. I always thought it was a myth that they were depressed about voting anyway, so again, not much of a difference.
