NFL Conference Championship Weekend Recap

1. Chargers (13-5) at Patriots (17-0)- L

Chargers finish 13-6

2. Giants (12-6) at Packers (14-3)- W

Packers finish 14-4

Yes! The Packers lose! The Packers lose! Sorry to be so happy about it, but that is just the way it has to be.

So, now, it sets up the Super Bowl XLII matchup of Rudy Giuliani's underdog team and Mitt Romney's heavily favored team, being played in John McCain's stadium.

That is all very interesting, but in this particular matchup, I think I have to go with New York and Rudy.

Conference Championship Results: 1-1 (50%)
Overall (non-prediction) Results: 118-148 (44%)

MDefl posting.

I assume that is with the points. If you are talking straight up, then I would like to place a wager with you.

I'd like to see an NY upset, because I hate the freaking cheating Patriots. I mean, come on! They've got like 5 superstars on their offense alone. There has to be some under the table payment going on there.

NY came close to beating NE when they played on friendly territory. Their offense leaves much to be desired, though. Somehow I don't think they're going to have ANY chance in Arizona vs. the healthy Patriots.
