I was suprised how poorly Romney fared in the general election SUSA polls that came out a few days ago. It appears that Republican's don't trust him. In general, things don't look good for republicans in '08, although that may change. Somehow, I don't think it'll change much. What with the moveon ad, and congress's ineptitude about Iraq, I don't think the democrats can get any lower. Republicans need to get smart and remember what got them to win elections the past few cycles before '06. If they continue on their current path, they will be the minority in both houses, and not hold the white house. It'll still be close, but Bush's wins were both extremely close.
