U.S. House Special Elections

There are currently three vacancies in Congress, and this Tuesday, the first of the Special Elections will be held. I always formally predict every U.S. House race, so let's get these out of the way.

Illinois

18. (vacant upon the resignation of Aaron Schock-R)
won by Romney in 2012 with 61% of the vote

Safe Republican
