The Super Bowl is over. It was an entertaining game filled with drama, but the favorites won. The Cardinals made a valiant comeback attempt but fell short, and they have their own mistakes and dumb penalties and personal fouls to blame. Ironically, the Cardinals lost the game in almost the exact same fashion in which they were able to defeat the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC Championship game.
So, Obama and Rush Limbaugh were both happy. Arizona's poor luck as it relates to Presidential candidates throughout the years may extend to the Super Bowl as well.
Anyone have any thoughts? How did Jennifer Hudson do? I knew she was lip-synching from the get-go, but it's great to see her back in action. What was up with Bruce Springsteen? I hope he was wearing a cup. Did Michael Phelps watch the game or was he too busy ordering take-out?
And finally, who else is ready for the American Idol competition to get underway?
They still all have to perform of course when we hit the Top 36, and I will be reviewing that every step of the way. Will it be the year for Anoop "Noop Dawg" Desai or someone else?

50% average for the NFL this season. I think you need to shape up! 50% is like tossing a coin.
